Rosemary Port Against Google

Rosemary Port, skanksnyc.blogspot.com blog owners who had written articles about Liskula Cohen, and then she is deemed libelous Liskula Cohen name, has been free from Liskula Cohen prosecution because Cohen drop the charges amounted to $ 3 million.

But the problem does not stop here. After that Rosemary Port is suing Google for $ 15 million because it has disrupted her identity, whereas according to Rosemary Port, Google does not have the right to do that.

In the case of defamation Liskula Cohen, a local judge gave the order to Google to open Skanks NYC blog owner’s identity. And finally Rosemary Port identity can be known.

“When I was being defended by attorneys for Google, I thought my right to privacy was being protected,” Rosemary Port said.

However, once the judge made her order, things changed. “I would think that a multibillion dollar conglomerate would protect the rights of all its users,” Port said again.

Rosemary Port case against google still much talked about until now.
