Animaniacs aired on Kids WB from 1993 to 1995. The main character Dot, Yakko and Wakko. This went on for more than 90 episodes and is very popular in the year.


5. Ren dan Stimpy

6. SWAT Kats
This cartoon aired on Cartoon Network for a very short time. The main character is an enforcer of truth. They keep their identity hidden and make their own vehicle. However, because this cartoon contains many elements of violence, this cartoon was canceled after 25 episodes.


7. Doug
Doug ever aired on Nickelodeon in 1991 and until 1994 after it was canceled. This cartoon back on other channels popular in 1996 and through 1999. 8. Hey Arnold!
